Wood Blocks

Bio-Diversity Envi Blocks are an all-natural wood product made from a naturally renewable resource (hardwood sawdust and shavings). Ultra-efficient, Envi Blocks will burn for an average of eight to ten hours.

Have you ever been cheated by getting less than the full cord, 128 sq. ft. stacked, that you paid for? Have you ever been delivered wood that was not fully seasoned, with more than 13-15% moisture content? Moisture in cord wood can steal 50% of the potential heat output. With ENVI blocks, you can be sure that you are getting what you pay for.

Blocks are sold by the bundle and by the pallet. The weight of a pallet of ENVI or ENVI8 varies between 1,900 and 2,100 pounds, with an average of one ton. The heat output of one pallet is equivalent to one cord of seasoned split wood, or about 8,000 BTUs per pound. Since the blocks are more dense, you should only fill your stove to 50% of cord wood capacity.

ENVI and ENVI8 blocks are compressed to the same density, so the only difference is block size and a small difference in price. Bundles are stacked on a pallet then covered with a pallet bag; approx 30 - 36" high. Do not allow ENVI blocks to get wet. Water and excessive moisture will destroy blocks making them unsuitable as fuel.

Delivery starts at $55 for up to 12 tons/pallets and is available April through August.
